Wholesale souvenirs and tour-group shopping in Hat Yai

Make quotes comparable

“What is the wholesale price?” may not provide enough information. Send an image or product name, quantities per design and a total. Say whether mixed colours or substitute designs are acceptable.

If working within a budget, state the total and ask for suitable options. Separate product prices from any delivery or other charges so you compare like with like.

Prepare one clear inquiry

Use this checklist, then wait for the shop to confirm the order before paying through an agreed channel.

• Item images or names and quantities per design.
• Whether mixed colours or substitutions are acceptable.
• Required collection date and time.
• In-store pickup or requested delivery destination.
• Any purchase-document requirements, subject to the shop’s confirmation.

Plan transport separately from the order

Group leaders should provide the number of people, estimated arrival and vehicle type. Ask about a suitable drop-off point. A parking map does not establish access for every coach size or availability at your arrival time.

Agree on a meeting point and departure time. One order coordinator can help avoid duplicated items and conflicting quantities.
